February Currently!!

I just love the Currently from Farley !! Don't you ??

 I'm not listening to a single thing!! I left school early with a migraine today and with medicine and caffeine (which I was trying to cut out) it's gone, but I'm thinking that peace and quite might be necessary as well!! 

The hubster was being super sweet this afternoon as I was laying in the bed with a cold cloth on my head. He headed to the grocery store and bought all the ingredients for dinner AND put them in the crockpot! Now I am just waiting on it to finish cooking! Boy does it smell good!! 

My school babies have been OFF THE CHAIN the past week or so. After only a day and a half I feel like today should be Friday already! Anyone else's kiddos going nuts ??

I just recently signed up as a distributor forIt Works Global and ordered some products I have not tried before. I can't wait for them to get here so I can try them out!! 

With the craziness of the kiddos I could use another snow day, or a work day, or a mental health day... really any day that's not a weekend :) 

You know how when you are so excited about something new you have tried or are trying you want to tell everyone you know ?!?! That's how I am with It Works! I'm in love with their products and how they make me feel! I love using healthy products to make my body healthier! I also love introducing this wonderful new product to others! Five for Fri.. Saturday

We only went to school three days this week! Last Thursday night and into Friday we received quite a bit of snow in my part of NC. Therefore, Monday was a glorious snow day, except I couldn't get out of my parents driveway to get home :/  The Hubster and I had spent all weekend there: 4 people and five dogs- it was time for me to get out of there! Tuesday was a teacher workday, which I spent helping my teammate make a birthday present for her boyfriend's sister. I consider myself a great teammate, especially since I only had 100000 things I needed to be doing in my classroom! 

Wednesday I had my second observation for the year! Lucky for me, it was an announced observation! I was able to remind my babies of how we behave and the structures we have in placed. Of course, let's be honest, this needed to be done anyway after being out of school for five days! 

The Hubster and I were able to eat dinner with his dad on Thursday night! We live about 30 minutes away and with our jobs, we don't get to see him as much as we'd like. It's always nice to enjoy a nice meal, which you didn't have to cook, with good company!  

I signed my first loyal customer with It Works this week! Yay! I'm so excited to be expanding and taking this opportunity to make a little extra money! HELLO NEW HOUSE! 

To end the week, my kids were OFF THE CHAIN. I don't mean just one or two, I mean every single last one of them. They were pushing and shoving, they were talking and screaming, they even got in trouble in art (their favorite special ever) ... so I came home and went to be at 7:00!

First Currently of the New Year :)

I can cannot believe how quickly 2015 passed us by! A lot of awesome, crazy, wonderful things happened and I can't wait to see what 2016 has in store!

Listening: I have been on a "Melissa and Joey" binge for the past like three days- LOVE NETFLIX! 

Loving: I have found a nice spot on the couch that is officially my new BFF :) 

Thinking: I finished up the majority of my lesson plans today and it feels so great to get them finished. Now I only have Guided Reading plans left to do !! 

Wanting: I could really use one more week of vacation! Being sick this last week has killed me and I would love a little bit more of a break! 

Needing: The hubster woke up yesterday morning with a sore throat, he isn't feeling any better today either :( 

One Little Word: Balance! Balance between life, school, grad school, and doing nothing :)
